Hepcinat (Sofosbuvir) and Hepcinat-LP (Ledipasvir/Sofosbuvir) are used for the treatments of Hepatitis C infections. Its mechanism of action involves inhibiting the enzyme which is necessary for the virus if it is to multiply.
